This website is operated by Nuri Studios. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Nuri Studios, and “Services” means our website, products and services.
Our products
Our pieces are handmade, and slight variations in colour, shape and finish may occur. We aim to represent each product accurately, although colours may appear differently on different screens.
Orders and payment
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Your order is accepted when we confirm acceptance by email. Please provide accurate contact, payment and delivery details and ensure you are authorised to use your chosen payment method.
Prices and any delivery charges payable to us are shown before you complete checkout. Prices and promotions may change, but this will not affect orders already accepted.
If we discover a pricing or product information error affecting your order, we will contact you before proceeding. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you and refund any payment for the cancelled items.
Please contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes may not be possible once processing has begun. This does not affect any legal cancellation rights you may have.
Shipping and returns
Please see our Shipping and Duties page for delivery costs, estimated timeframes and information about applicable import charges. Delivery estimates may be affected by courier or customs delays.
Please refer to our Returns page for our returns policy. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact contact@nuristudios.com with your order number and details of the issue.
Use of our website and content
You must not use our website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes or attempt to interfere with its security.
Our images, text, branding and other website content belong to Nuri Studios or their respective owners. You may not reproduce or use them commercially without permission, except where permitted by law.
Relationship with Shopify
Nuri Studios is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Nuri Studios. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Nuri Studios, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Nuri Studios.
